[請益] having had or otherwise?

[polylemma (Coup de fondre)]

I wrote:
Having had completed my first double-major degree in xxx and xxx, I pursued my Master's degree in xxx.
Every British friend of mine said I should use "Having completed" instead of the original.
Why?
If the education happened way in the past...
It seems I need to revisit my grammar proficiency! XD
Any comment, please?

推 linzh:無論你是要寫have completed, has completed, had completed
→ linzh:變成分詞的形式後 一律都是having completed
→ linzh:換言之 第二個had是多的
