[請益] what does "bubble" mean here?

[dreamdriver (精力旺盛~~~)]

     The big bang theory season2-17中，有如下的對話：

     Shelton被對方激怒了，

     「Listen, i don't know what you're doing right now,

       But there are little bubbles forming on the corners of Shelton's mouth」

     很好奇查了一下字典，找不到bubble forming on someone's mouth就是指生氣的

     意思(根據前後文，我猜的)，請問一下高手，我猜的意思對嗎?
