[請益] 這個句子有問題嗎？

[psychopath (精神異常人士)]

She walked on crutches, her foot still in a cast.

她用拐杖走路，腳仍然上著石膏。

疑問：總覺得 her foot still in a cast 這句好像缺少
      什麼，還是說是我多疑了？
