[文法] 量辭問題：一包衛生紙 一根頭髮

想請教一包衛生紙怎麼說 是"one pack of tissues"嗎？
那像我們習慣說的"一串"衛生紙  那種一袋裡面很多包的  怎麼說比較好？

還有一綹頭髮是 "a tress of hair/a strand of hair"
想請問 "一根頭髮" 的量辭要用什麼呢？
