原本我是把spare想成的意思是分出;騰出，spare no effort就理解成
不騰出任何努力，這樣想很奇怪，走進了一個死胡同裡
後來是點進dunchee提供的第一個連結就比較理解一些了。
spare no expense/effortto spend as much money or do everything necessary to
make something really good or successful
