這一整句完全不理解倒底要說什麼

(gustatory pacing不知做何解?)令人讚賞的活動。今日的曲阜餐館不怎麼有野心(還是
很奇怪…)

試譯:經濟正攪動(churning out?)著工作而不使工資增加,其證據是事實上失業率

想請問大家這句怎麼理解比較正確呢?
3.Some single women may pursue their careers with such single-mindedness that
they postpone marriage until the eligible men as well as their chidbearing
years run out.
試譯:一部分單身女性可能對於追求她們的事業相當堅貞,使得她們延後婚姻到合格的
男性們也已經過了適合生育的時間。
想請問後面的their chidbearing years run out,
這裡的their應該是指合格的男性們吧?
