最近看到一個單字"odds"

如果想要表達如果怎樣，就可以增加勝算，我可以怎麼說呢?

如:如果取得這份實習機會，可以增加我未來面試這份工作的勝算

If I get this chance to be an intern, it could make me odds to get the job in
                                               ^^^^^^^^^^^^
the future.

一般而言，想表達增加勝算，想用到odds這個單字的話，該怎麼用呢?make me odds可嗎
