we do require a certified copy of the Notice of Assessment in addition to the
certified copy of your passport you had sent, i.e., if you cannot provide a
certified copy of a change of name certificate.
這是我要申請退休金 和退休金公司的信件內容
我想問一下 他寫到in addiotion to the copy of your passport
意思是我除了寄給他Notice of Assessment以外 還要再寄我的護照影本給他嗎?
還是說只要寄NOA就好了?不好意思 因為我寫信問他 他都不鳥我
