答案 ___ =  who

我寫whom，因為我認為 they say him is one........

無法理解
一般來說，題目大都為
He is the novelist ___ is one of the best writers of today.
如果是上句，我會寫who

但題目插入了 they say 兩個字
He is the novelist who they say is one of the best writers of today.
                   --- ----
                  主詞 主詞   ==> 語法很怪


我舉例其它題目來說
This is the boy whom we met at station yesterday.
                 ----

同上，原本題目應也為whom
He is the novelist whom they say is one of the best writers of today.
                   -----

至於解答、推文版友都是who，我還是不能理解，help~~~~~~~

推 kee32:meet是及物動詞，受詞是the boy,所以用whom,say雖然也是及物
→ kee32:但是受詞(補語恰當些)是整個字句，不是the boy,boy又是後面
→ kee32:子句的主詞，所以用who
→ dunchee:"我還是不能理解"--> 那是（有特定表達涵義的）固定用法(
→ dunchee:所以不能像你那樣自行用文法來套)。你沒接觸過，所以無法
→ dunchee:理解。如果還是不懂就先暫時擱在一邊（先知道"有"這個特定
→ dunchee:用法），日後接觸多了/熟悉了就不會這麼陌生
