Although it's hard to forget the memories we had together, I'll try my best.
有 although 就可以不用 but，跟中文雖然幾乎一定接但是有所不同。
memories 複數，動詞應是 belong，但我較喜歡 memories we had together
[還可考慮 our memories，較簡潔]
: 而那些約定好的旅行 , 就讓我們各自完成吧 !
: And the journey that we promise together,just let us finish it each.
As for the journeys we planned to take together, let us take them separately.
[極不喜歡句子用 and, but, because 等聯接詞開始]
: (這段完全不行啊!!)

英文 goodbye 沒有"再[次]見[面]"的意思。
