有兩句話看不懂~請教大家幫忙解惑

1. Because attendees not currently thirsty tend to angle their bodies away, and
keep a short distance away from the bar.

感覺tend to ...之前是不是少了個they? 這樣的省略文法正確嗎?

2. Just not so much that they take offense if you stiff 'em on the tip.
整句看不太懂..
