請問that子句中的could是否可置換為would？個人覺得不妥，因為would不常見於
表示“chances that something will happen”希望能請先進指教。
2. The Chaldeans are said to have been the first to have practiced Western
astrology.
想請問連用兩個完成式不定詞(to have been & to have practiced)用意在於要
保持時態一致嗎(也就是都發生在are之前)？寫成the first to practice為誤？
