剛剛看新聞到一句

The boundaries for the new Far West submarket are Interstate 10 to the north,
Westpark Tollway to the south and from Greenhouse Road to the Grand Parkway
to the east.

想請問

Interstate 10 to the north

指的是 從I-10 以北 還是 最北是到I-10?

另外再問一下 submarket的中文意思是什麼?
