瑞典通常在人類發展指數的排名裏名列前茅

我是想表達這樣的中文意思 可是我去查牛津的英英字典

to lead in something means to be the best at something;to be in first place

可是瑞典大概就第七名 第一名是挪威

可是第七名也不低了  那我用lead in 會不會有問題阿?
