  Each of the five States first-named (Great Britain, the British Dominions

and India counting for this purpose as one State) shall have the least whole

所以是大英國協及自治領的總票數應至少有五票嗎?
(若其中一方投一票,就1*5=5?)

→ banbee100:,這5個國家則應各有4張票（因為4是整數，而4x5才會大於

推 banbee100:所以如果其他10國有6國贊成4國反對，而這5國有2國贊成3
→ banbee100:國反對，本來加總應該是8票贊成7票反對所以法案通過。
→ banbee100:但是這5國的票比較大，所以贊成票應該是6+2*4=14票，反
→ banbee100:對票則是4+3*4=16票，所以最後結果其實是14:16法案否決
