[文法] why is it that...&The view is such...

請問句子 Why is it that you didn't show up last night?中
這個it虛主詞可以省略嗎?
也就是直接拿後面的名詞子句當主詞

第二個問題
The view is such that all of us stop for it.
請問句中的such是當什麼詞用。
讀起來像代名詞，但又不是很確定。

→ areca:會寫成Is because that...嗎? 不會嘛
→ areca:另一個可以思考的方向是: it不省略是為了避免語意上的混淆
→ areca:一般大腦在聽到或看到Why is that...時會預先把that設定為後
→ areca:面那個字的限定詞  但若是why is it that則不會有這樣的誤判
→ areca:事實上你用"why is it that"和"why is that"去查google
→ areca:前者的用法就如你本文  但後者則都把that當作代名詞或限定詞
