法學英文真的好難喔，翻一翻經常卡住，想請高手幫忙解釋幾個句子，謝謝

試譯：基於這些原因，判決被撤銷且終局判決.....

想請問這裡的enter for the defendant appellant是什麼意思啊？


2.For what the plaintiff must show is a “wrong” to herself; i.e., a
violation of her own right, and not merely a“wrong”to someone else, nor conduct “wrongful” because
unsocial, but not a“wrong”to anyone.
試譯：原告必須證明行為對她來說是錯誤的，也就是說有侵害她個人的權利，而且不僅
僅是對其他人是錯誤的....

後面又是nor又是but not，我實在不知道是什麼意思，請高手幫我解釋一下


3.One who seeks redress at law does not make out a cause of action by
showing without more that there has been damage to his person。

試譯：利用法律尋求損害賠償的某人，並沒有辨識出(make out該翻什麼才好)訴訟原
因，藉由展現???有對他產生損害

實在是不會翻><，其實還有不少問題，但還是先問幾個就好了，懇請大家幫忙，謝謝
