原告必須證明的是某行為對他來說"不正義、不道德"；也就是說這行為侵害了他的權利，
而不是侵害了別人的權利，也不是不符合社會但並沒有侵害到任何人。

: 試譯：利用法律尋求損害賠償的某人，並沒有辨識出(make out該翻什麼才好)訴訟原

→ l10nel:案由就成立了？但原文說的恰相反:"僅僅是(without more)"
→ l10nel:明示他受了損害,仍不能成案 does NOT have cause of action
→ l10nel:建議找到這句話出現的原書，看完前一段，尤其後面一句，
