想請問要怎麼用子句來翻譯 "解決xxx的問題"
例如：有需要提出一種方法來解決手機效能提高卻會犧牲電力的問題。
It is a need to present a method for solving the problems
where the efficiency of the cell phone is enhanced, but sacrificing
eletric power.
請問可以如上使用where 來引出problem的詳細內容嗎？
或是有其他的翻譯法（但要保留sacrifice這個字）。謝謝
