[文法] 請問on the phone here差別

HI All

小弟剛讀到一句

You can't talk on the phone here.

念起來怪怪的, 我知道 on the phone 是片語

這句是不是寫成You can't talk on the here.也行!? 也比較明確!?

另外, 如果寫成 You can't use the phone in the here 這文法有違背!?
