可是寄錯東西了
我用翻譯寫了客服信過去
今天終於回信了

我用翻譯後是說給我兩個選擇吧
一個是給我15%的購物金 一個是退回去運費他會出

不過翻譯有句我不太懂
"在收到包裹，我們將只要包不通過特快專遞寄回退還您的退貨運費。"

意思是說只能用他們專屬的運送方式退回去嗎?
