大家好，我在600 Essential Words for the TOEIC Lesson 5 的聽力測驗聽到
Handicapped accessible，請問這兩個字是翻成什麼呢？
完整個句子是Most areas of our facility are handicapped accessible,
but in some situations we need to make further accommodations.
Handicapped 是指有缺陷的、身心障礙的
accessible 為可接近的、可進入的
兩個形容詞放在一起 這是什麼用法呢?
Google handicapped accessible 查到的意思 好像是 "輪椅" ??
可是兩個形容詞 翻成 輪椅 不就變名詞了嗎??
