Captain Hook and Mr. Smee were carrying a payload of plunder.
As Captain Hook neared the river,
he spotted another pirate.
This pirate had his hands full of treasure, too!
"Look, Smee,
that handsome buccaneer has more booty than he can carry."
Smee looked, but he didn't see a thing.
That's because it was all pish posh!

Captain Hook thought he'd seen another pirate -
but he was looking at his own reflection in the water.

The greedy Captain wanted all the treasure for himself.
"On the count of three, we'll jump out and grab the treasure from
that clueless bilge rat.
