其實這題不能用文法解
畢竟(B)選項文法也沒錯：I tell my friend (that) everything happened at school.
所以重點應該不是你告訴你朋友「每件事都在學校發生」吧？
而是你要告訴你朋友「『在學校發生的』每件事」
因此用形容詞子句，也就是有關代的(A)選項比較恰當！
