標題[文法] concering subject-verb agreement

Flight attendents who do international trips report that the most common
request they receive is for an extra blanket or pillow.
international trips report 中的trip當形容詞用 但是形容詞不是不能有復數的特徵嗎
that the most common request 是they recive 的受詞嗎??用倒裝的方式呈現?
還是which they recive 省略which 這樣的話that the most common request 該怎麼
解釋他的文法?

Ving當主詞 動詞用單是型態的動詞
從公司創立到現在一直不允許 表習慣 所以用現在簡單式 這樣解釋合理嗎?
如果有had的選項 可以選had嗎?

being recruited 是 who are being recruited 的省略嗎?
