B跟D不行是因為themselves是複數 要跟本句的主詞clerks一致嗎?

答案是A but有語氣轉折的意思 所以有些不一致選something
如果題目but改成and沒有語氣的轉折成分答案可以選C嗎?

B不行事因為were的關係嗎?
None of the shops were open.本句的主詞是none 還是 shops ?
