小弟在讀英文雜誌有個疑問想請各位高手幫小弟解惑一下
Staying connected is what makes the high cost of convenience-an average
of $3,300 a year for the Moore's plan-seem well worth it to them.
請問文中的seem為何沒有加s，變成seems well~~
我是想說前面那一大串為主詞，所以要加s
但是卻沒有加s，是有什麼原因嗎?
另外，在文章中看到by contrast的用法，請問與in contrast 有何不同之處呢@@
