以下句子要怎麼拆解？
organizations 後面的that 我認為是關係子句，但是動詞是will嗎？
然後不懂中間的逗號是要分開什麼，還是逗號之前的副詞句子？
我的理解這句話是：在一個會獎勵特定目標達成的組織當中，
就實際的績效和目標相對而言是一個重要的回饋資源，
而員工會以此管理自己社會地位。
