想請板友分析一下這段句子的文法

And one of the things just coming off of what that expert was saying

right now is how there are governments are doing, that people are doing,

private and public sectors are doing to adapt to the changes that we're

seeing in our climate.


這一段話的主詞是「one of the things just coming off of what that expert

was saying right now」吧

小弟想把它全部還原,但有點不知怎麼下手

這邊的「come off」是有點「結束」的意思嗎?

以及後面的「of」是單純「的」的意思嗎?

還有就是那個「right now」是針對過去那個時態嗎?
