開始從頭學習英文，如果問的很蠢請包容一下。

't even stay in the garden for one minute.?
(A) isn’t
(B) won’t
(C) can’t
(D) doesn’t
答案是d
想請問為何不能用a呢
是因為前面的has嘛??搞不懂。
想了三十分鐘還想不出來。求救一下。
