我有兩個文法問題
第一個是There's a 90-second YouTube clip showing a PR stunt staged by

我想問where是什麼用法 代表什麼意思 要甚麼情況下使用
第二個是Using a computer mouse he colors Debbie Harry's hair with it
mouse後面不用加什麼字就直接接he 是甚麼用法??
麻煩請各位高手解答一下><
