想請問一個文法one of which/ one of them

看到一個句子寫說

"All cells contain thousands of enzymes, one of _________ will
result in browning in the cell if it is exposed to oxygen.

畫底線空格要填which，請問這邊要怎麼解釋文法?

推 malisse74: which是關係代名詞代替enzymes 因為只有一個所以是 one
→ malisse74: of which 不能用 one of them 除非寫成兩句
→ LaPAELLA: 當前後可獨立成句時 中間就不能用逗號了 改.:;
