that news I read in times .
In america, the young generation (0-15) are lost to drug abuse,
crime and teen pregnancy,malnutrition, illiteray poor, self-esteem.
of course, the author had said lots of reasons that contribute this consequence today.
Now I want to concentrate on the method how to help them by reforming the reallocating current resource
that the author think it failure as the main reason.
"people resist giving up what they have
even though they who work hards in their career in 20-40 age
own enormous fortune just to sustain the last few week of life".
I think it's not worth of any sacrifice from the older group .
