[Talk]More than sechond language

[JimmyWr (Wanna meet a foreigner)]

My school have created two foreign language classes.
One is french , the other is Japanese.
(Maybe the option is not too much)

I don't know much about why the school they've created the classes,
Maybe the dapartment of eduacation have pass the announcement
to appoint the schools.

I saw some my school mates of social group the have sign up to
take part in the classes.

That's I wanna ask , is that a sutible time for learning more than one
second language?
And what kind of purposes they need?

(If the time won't cost a lot to affect my schoolwork,
I have a strong desire of learing Japanese ~~ ^0^)
