Don't worry. I bet it will be a great fun :)
I've this kind of experience, my partner is a 22 years old guy from the U.S
The 1st time we met, we introduced ourselves and discussed the way we
practice the two language.
Then everytime we met, we talk about everything that comes to our mind,
including politics, cultural issues, entertainment, or simply chat.
I think there is no certain"manner" existed, just be polite and don't ask
private questions :)
