Well ...I were a victim,too...but not this kind...
Today when I went to my scooter,I found a helmet in my basket....
It goes without saying that the helmet must be stolen from others....
The thief finished using the helmet,then left on my scooter....
A disposable helmet...!!?...I can't believe it.....
Therefore...I wonder what can I do to deal with the forsaken helmet....
Any suggestion....?
