[Ask ] I don't understand

Is making a decision that difficult ? I don't understand why my friends can't
decide whether he want to go to play with us or not. I just need an answer,
yes or no . Is it that difficult to tell?  I didn't push on him or force him
to accept my proposal. I can accept any reason even if sometimes he made the
decision for no specific reason. Why they just don't tell me?
