[Ask ] How to make friends with Americans?

  I want to know how to make friends with Americans,
  or people whose mother tongue is English.

  I want to find someone can practice English with me,
  a pen pal, or someone I can talk with.

  Could you recommend some ways to achieve this goal,

   or introduce some foreigner friends to me.... :)
