[Ask ] How to improve my speaking ability?

Sometimes i don't know whether i am correct or incorret, and i usually speak

in Chinese-English.

How can I improve it ? Learning English grammar first?

The bad thing is the person I talk to may not say that I am wrong.

By the way, a word that can't come up to me when I talk in English. But I

really want to say that word. How to improve this situation?
