There are some useful sites for finding e-pals or
pen pals.
My suggestion: find someone who speak 'real' English
to practice writing with. I mean those who speak it
as their mother tongue. Get about 3 or above (if you
can cope with so many people at a time) and you'll
find that although they speak the same language,
the don't speak it in the same style... some writes
better and well-organized and others don't. Try to
learn from those who do, and you might want to give
up those that abbreviates words often (unless you're
interested in learning abbrev. :P)
Tell them what you'd like to get from your contacts.
(grammar correcting, phrases improving and so on.)
That'll better your English ability.
