  If doing research is your job, yeah, you definitely should

  change your attitude, or maybe change your career path.

  But if you're researching to get a diploma, I guess you

  just have to hang in there, and learn the process of research;



  I'm not sure if this is a slang or not, but here is one suggestion

  which my friend gave me:


   happiness is not doing what you love, but loving what you do
