Here is a Random scientific fact that comes to my mind. Unlike many other animals, alligator’s sex is not determined until its hatching period. “In many reptiles, sex determination has nothing to do with chromosomes at all. It has to do with temperature.” It sounds weird, but it’s true. Temperature above 93.F will produce all male alligators while temperature below 86.F will produce all female alligators. If the temperature is in between, both genders will produce. FYI, “gators” is also the mascot of University of Florida. And there are real gators in their campus! Imagine that the place you study have real alligators! A little scary, right? :) BTW, now we know BM must be born on a scorching day….
