Firstly, I would like to say that k66 is correct in saying that grammar
questions are not allowed on this board. This is mostly because the focus of
the board is on English chatting, and not formal English learning.
However, shgenius is also correct in pointing out that the original question:
that is, the difference between 'watch' and 'see', is not really a question
on grammar. It is more about word usage, and such a question should be
acceptable. :)
Hope that was helpful. Lastly, I definitely welcome comments on other people's
posts if anyone thinks that they might be in violation of the rules. However,
I would appreciate it if you email such a complaint to me instead of posting
