You are probably right and wrong.
I have to say that most people attracted to this BBS are Taiwanese so maybe
the percentage of fluent speakers is not so high. However, you will
still have a chance to come across a fabulous English speaker. :)
By the way, there is no way to actually "hear" here so you never know.
I don't really care if the board starts or not, I think it a way for me to
connect with people. If it starts, come and let's have fu. If it doesn't,
there are many interesting ones around here and out there.
