As title...

I have trouble in typing Chinese on BBS system.

I can type Chinese on MSN, Microsoft office, IE... any kind of softwares
except BBS, neither KKman nor PCman.

My window system is Vista.
I went to Control Panel and set up Language Option so that
I can type Chinese by using New Phonetic.

However, if I enter the words on BBS, it will show question marks.

Could anyone help me? ><"
