[Idea] English-speaking partners wanted

hi, everyone here

I am posting this article, or ad.to be more precise, in order to

find those who are interested in improving english speaking ability

through internet tools such as skype. Frankly speaking, as a taiwanese,

no matter how much time or money we spend in learning enlgish, i still

feel something incomplete without being able to spontaneously and fluently

speaking english.Thus, I hope to find those who hold the same thought as mine

and eager to improve speaking ability. We can talk about something serious

like literature, politics, religions or gender issues; or just casual chatting

about movies, music, sports, or everyday occurings,as long as it's agreeable

to both sides. Nothing offensive; No pressure. The only aim of this request

is to make progress in English.
