I always take a walk around the stairs when I get a little tired of working.
Today, just like usual days,
The simulation of camera system design didn't work out as I expected.
Therefore, I decided to take some exercise to relax my spirit.
Again, I went to walk up and down the stairs several times.
When I almost finished the last round, I took two footsteps a time to hurry
up to the floor where I worked at. Suddenly, it came into my mind...
How much energy I use when I take two footsteps a time?
Will it be larger than the amount when I take one footstep a time?
If yes, can I use this way to lose more weight in the same distance I walk?
That is really interesting.....
