Use 'what' and 'insufficient' or 'not sufficient'
add 'most'
change tone from 'want' to 'would like'; 'I want X' is too bossy, (or Chinese-style).
drop 'the' from newspaper, add plural 's', since you will be reading more than one newspaper I think :-)
"I would like to know the most efficient way to study English newspapers"
