Dear Boardmates

Please read the rules of this board, I have updated it to add an additional

prohibition on posting large quantities of materials that are not your own

work.  We don't want any unauthorised copyright material to be posted on the

board.  However, you are more than welcome to share links etc to articles

that you think may be of interest to other boardmates.
