        hey every one!

        I want to ask you what you guys do to handle difficults situations.

        Recently I was in a difficult situation, how to write a "salary raise

letter" to a manager who never has saw me before?

        If I didn't ask my colleague, I really can't finished it by myself,

be cause it is hard to explain to someone who doesn't know what you do at all.

        How should I thank my colleague?
